Presentations can be made in two ways, PAPERS and POSTERS.
The number of presentations is however limited, and submissions are pre-selected through the review process. An extended abstract of up to two pages with 300 to 500 words including figures must be submitted for both types of presentations. All extended abstracts will be printed in the conference proceedings. Selected papers will be invited to submit to JGG (Journal for Geometry and Graphics) or VCIBA (Visual Computing for Industry, Biomedicine, and Art).

EXTENDED ABSTRACTS & POSTERS
Extended abstracts must be submitted via the EasyChair Conference System.
PAPERS
After receiving the notification of acceptance of the extended abstract, the authors may prepare the revised extended abstract and the complete paper for final submission according to his own choice and the reviewer's suggestion (if any). The revised extended abstract of the paper will be submitted until 10th May 2019.

At least one author must complete the online registration to attend the meeting before submitting the paper. For online registration, please follow the registration and payment page. If registration and payment have not been completed before 10th July 2019, your full paper and abstract will not be included in the meeting. Submitting FULL PAPERS

The FULL PAPERS must be original and unpublished anywhere else, ranging from 6 to 12 pages. All papers will be included in the conference proceedings (USB). Selected papers will be invited to submit to JGG (Journal for Geometry and Graphics) or VCIBA (Visual Computing for Industry, Biomedicine, and Art).
Presentation for PAPERS
During this meeting, the oral presentation for PAPERS is limited to 20 minutes including discussions.
POSTERS
For POSTERS, up to one A0 size poster must be displayed in the vertical (portrait) direction in the poster exhibition room.

One ISO A0 size poster (841mm width x 1,149mm height) must be presented in the vertical (portrait) direction.

A brief introduction is required. A brief introduction is a brief oral presentation about your poster presentation.
Discussion:
Time will be set aside for free discussion after the presentation. In the meantime, you must stand in front of your poster and answer questions without formally discussing the content of the poster.
