Presentations can be made in two ways, PAPERS and POSTERS.
The number of presentations is however limited, and submissions are pre-selected through the review process. An extended abstract of up to two pages with 300 to 500 words including figures must be submitted for both types of presentations. All extended abstracts will be printed in the conference proceedings.

Extended abstracts must be submitted via the EasyChair Conference System.
PAPERS
The Authors must submit the signed copyright transfer form in PDF file (or scanned copy) through the mailbox afgs2023@cgn.net.cn. Please download Copyright-Transfer-Form document format file.
Submitting FULL PAPERS
Only authors who have submitted extended abstracts and was accepted must submit full papers through the mailbox afgs2023@cgn.net.cn. Please download the Manuscript-MSWord template file.
Information for POSTERS
Mounting Your Poster:
One ISO A1 size poster (594mm width x 841mm height) must be presented in the vertical (portrait) direction.
Short Presentation:
A brief introduction is required. A brief introduction is a brief oral presentation about your poster presentation.
Discussion:
Time will be set aside for free discussion after the presentation. In the meantime, you must stand in front of your poster and answer questions without formally discussing the content of the poster.
